SitePrinter for iOS (the "App") takes the protection of your personal information and privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains how the App handles your information.
The App does not collect the following personal information:
Note that the App does access your photo library, with your permission, for the "Create PDF from Images" feature. The "Create PDF from Screen Recording" feature reads only the screen recording you select. Images and recordings are processed on your device only to generate a PDF and are never sent off your device. Recordings are deleted from temporary storage after processing.
Data processed by the App is stored locally on your device:
This data is stored on your device and is never sent to our servers. However, as described in Section 4, some usage information, such as the type of plan you are using (subscription, credits, or no credits), is sent to Google LLC.
Payments for in-app purchases (subscriptions and credit packs) are processed and managed by Apple. Purchases are verified on your device through Apple's StoreKit, and we never receive payment information such as your credit card details. As described in Section 4, the product purchased, its price, and the currency are sent to Google LLC.
Information stored on your device is used only for the following purposes:
Information sent to Google LLC under Section 4 is used for the purposes described in that section.
To understand how the App is used and to detect problems, the App uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, provided by Google LLC. As a result, the following information is sent from your device.
(1) App usage (Firebase Analytics)
(2) In-app purchase information (Firebase Analytics)
(3) Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)
The following information is not sent:
Turning off Settings → "Share Usage Data" in the App stops all of the information described in Section 4.2 (1)–(3) from being sent.
Information that is sent is processed on Google's servers, including servers located outside Japan. For details on how Google handles information, please see:
The App does not sell your information or share it with third parties for advertising purposes. Except for the transmission to Google LLC described in Section 4, fetching site icons as described in Section 7, and the processing of in-app purchases by Apple, your information is never sent to an external server.
In-app purchases are processed through Apple's platform. Purchase information is handled in accordance with Apple's own privacy policy.
To protect your data, the App takes the following measures:
The App accesses webpages you specify and captures their content. This access:
Note that the App may communicate with a website to fetch its site icon (favicon) for display purposes. If the icon cannot be retrieved from the website, the App sends the website's domain name to Google's site icon service to retrieve it. These requests only retrieve an icon image and never transmit the page URL (beyond the domain name), your captured content, or personal information.
The App itself (the iOS application) does not use:
The App uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the App is used and to detect problems (see Section 4 for details).
Separately, this website (siteprinter.jp), on which this Policy is published, uses Google Analytics to understand site usage and collects anonymous browsing data via cookies. This website analytics is carried out separately from the usage data sent by the App (Section 4) and is handled in accordance with Google's own privacy policy.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App is also designed not to collect personal information such as names or contact details, and none of this is included in the information sent under Section 4.
You can delete your data in the following ways:
After uninstalling the App, your data on the device is completely removed. We do not store any user data on our servers. Information sent to Google LLC under Section 4 is handled in accordance with Google's policies. To stop future transmission, turn off sharing as described in Section 4.5.
The App provides the ability to access external websites. The privacy practices of these external sites are governed by their own respective privacy policies.
We may update this Policy as needed. Any changes take effect once posted on this website or within the App. We will notify you in-app of any material changes.
If you have any questions or comments about this Policy, please contact us at:

By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to this Privacy Policy.
